Lemchaheb [ESM 12]

  1. Nice and rare cassette. The title of the album is: Majnoun Hadah Al-Alam ('Crazy About This World'), and it dates to earlier than 1984 (I think three to two years before that, but I'm not so sure).

  2. hello found tapes,

just want to say that I love your blog - so much good stuff! I also wanted to share my project with you - it's called Aural Archipelago (www.auralarchipelago.com). I have travelled all around Indonesia making field recordings of rare traditional music, and now use this site to share the recordings as well as information, which is almost always impossible to find in English. If you enjoy, please let me know, and maybe share on your sidebar? I don't want to spam, just to share something I really care about. Merci!
